For renovation campaigns, we asked about project budget range upfront. This alone eliminated 40% of low-quality leads.
3. Timeline Questions
Asking “When do you plan to start?” separated dreamers from buyers ready to act.
4. Location Targeting
For premium villa communities in Dubai - Arabian Ranches, Tilal Al Furjan, Meadows, JGE - we used hyper-local targeting combined with interest-based audiences.
The Results
Generated and converted 12+ qualified leads in 4 months for Edition Living, specifically from premium villa communities. The key was not more leads - it was better leads.
